We do want to break through the mindset that 'hobbies' can't be productive or profitable and share our founder mentality of creating value at every turn. I agree with you that the current list is not very sociable, perhaps reflecting the year we all just had. There should be an activity in everyone's life to meet new people and be exposed to new ideas and points of view! What is your way to do this, especially now with ongoing lockdowns?
I think yes! Who does good things to others, will (often) receive good things in return. This "hobby" contributes to the other hobbies, makes them more meaningful as well. Maybe "One to do good" is a better description.
